Diamond Platinum Claw Stud Earrings.

I recently had the pleasure of producing a pair of diamond platinum stud earrings. The brief was to make the diamonds the hero. I set about engineering the settings to compliment the angles of the diamond and enhance the light bouncing around the stones. This influenced the brilliance and fire you can now see when they are being worn. The minimal structure of the setting makes the stud earrings a striking piece to wear everyday.

I feel so lucky to work with such precious stones and materials, and use their natural beauty to craft a simple yet striking earrings. I'm thrilled that my client is so happy with the outcome.

A handmade setting ensures the longevity of the jewellery piece. The seat of platinum the diamond sits on is made from one piece of metal to make sure the angles and claws all align.
