At Susan McGinness Jewellery we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, quality, hand made jewellery.

 

To ensure you enjoy your Susan McGinness Jewellery and online shopping experience, we will gladly offer an exchange or Susan McGinness Jewellery credit note (credit note value excludes postage paid) if you have changed your mind within 7 days of your purchase.

 

Bespoke requests and all jewellery that has been customised to your requirements is final sale.

 

To exchange or receive a credit for your purchase, Susan McGinness Jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original & protective packaging. We will not exchange goods that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or show signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.

 

The Susan McGinness Jewellery Credit Note, in the form of a gift voucher will be valid for twelve months. Please ensure you contact us within seven days of receipt to arrange a return. We do not issue refunds if you have simply changed your mind.

 

Exchanges

When ordering rings, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size.

To assist you in purchasing your correct size, we offer a ring sizer. Contact susanmcginnessjewellery@gmail.com for details:

You may exchange for a different size within 7 days from date of purchase

(15 days for International orders).  Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

 

Faulty Items

All jewellery is carefully quality checked by Susan McGinness Jewellery, but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn’t find.

 

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Susan McGinness Jewellery is delicate in nature and should be handled carefully. All jewellery comes with care instructions and product care information that should be adhered to.

If you receive a faulty product, we will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece if the product was purchased within 6 months of notification. To notify us of the fault, email susanmcginnessjewellery@gmail.com and include the below information:

 

• Your name & address

• Proof of purchase

• A photograph of the item with a description of the fault.

 

The Susan McGinness Jewellery team will respond within 2 working days and will advise how to proceed. 

 

Repairs

Repairs to damaged jewellery is assessed by case and may incur a fee.
