Susan McGinness Jewellery is still manufacturing and shipping during this lockdown period, beginning August 2021. Please allow additional shipping time.
Susan McGinness Jewellery is hand-made to order and can require up to 5 business days to produce in non-peak periods. In peak-periods such as the lead up to Christmas, this time period can be longer. We will, however, endeavor to communicate with you if any further delays are expected.
After production for your jewellery is complete, your order will be shipped. If you require an urgent delivery, please email susanmcginnessjewellery@gmail.com before placing your order online.
Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number, which can be used to track your purchase online. For our Australian customers, your order will be shipped via Express Post with next day delivery guaranteed (within the Australia Post network) and signature on delivery.

Susan McGinness Jewellery will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post. We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
